A United States court has ordered the administration of President Donald Trump to facilitate the return of a Babson College student, Any Lucia Lopez Belloza, who was wrongfully deported last year.
In his ruling on Tuesday, US District Judge Richard Stearns gave the government two weeks to take steps to bring Lopez Belloza back.
Babson College freshman Any Lucia Lopez Belloza was deported to Honduras while traveling for Thanksgiving in November.
Any Lucia Lopez-Belloca was headed home from Babson College to see family in Texas. But she was instead deported.
"She’s absolutely heartbroken," an attorney for the 19-year-old student said. "Her college dream has just been shattered."
