Swalwell Grills Acting ICE Director Over Wish For ‘Amazon Prime But For Humans’Todd Lyons, the acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said last year that he wanted to build a deportation machine that “was like Amazon Prime but with human beings.”At a hearing before the House Committee on Homeland Security today, he got the chance to defend it, facing questioning by Rep.
