Two men accused of involvement in a massive bribery case in Ukraine fled to Israel and were spotted frequenting in Tel Aviv's high-end luxury square. The store owner denies a report alleging that the it serves as a 'place to convert money into cash'

The Ukrainian journalist Mykhailo Tkach of the news website Ukrainska Pravda set out on a daunting mission. Last December, he traveled to Israel together with a photographer in an attempt to locate three key suspects who had fled from the law in his country. Many believed at the time – but no one was able to prove – that the three, who are Jewish and so could take advantage of Israel's Law of Return, had found refuge in the country.
