Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Sheriff's deputies responded to a Florida home when the perpetrator of a breaking-and-entering turned out to be a deer that crashed through a living room window.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said on social media that deputies responded last week to a home where a deer crashed through a living room window and wound up stranded in the kitchen.

The post included body camera footage showing the panicking deer struggling to stay standing on the kitchen's tile floor.

"Deputies helped calm it, guide it into the backyard, and safely back into the woods," the post said.
