The award-winning singer wore a sheer burgundy Mugler outfit accented with nipple rings, with her bare front and back on full display.
For her red carpet interviews, Roan covered up by draping a matching maroon cape over her look.
Ahead of the ceremony, Roan told E!'s red carpet host Zuri Hall that walking the carpet was "the hardest part of the whole night" for her, adding she likes "breaking the mold."
