In Edinburgh, Scotland Monday morning, fire crews were sent to the main building of Rockstar North, a developer working on GTA 6, after an explosion at the office.
Despite initial fears, this is reportedly an accident, with the explosion allegedly happening in the boiler room. There are no reports of injuries at this time. Here’s what Scotland’s The Herald said about the incident:
There is no word about the capacity of the office going forward at this point, obviously a key development spot given that it’s the main building. But the explosion, despite being an explosion, appears to be contained. It is very fortunate no one was injured. It likely helped that it occurred at 5 AM when few if any workers would be there.
