Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is a betrayer with honesty as he has been deceiving every section to whom he had made pre-poll promises, working president of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) K.T. Rama Rao has alleged.

Mr. Reddy had promised to fill 2 lakh vacancies in the first year after coming to power, double the social security pension amount, increase the amount of Rythu Bandhu (Bharosa) and Dalit Bandhu, implement pay revision commission to employees and several others to various other sections. However, he had successfully betrayed every such section for the last 24 months.

Speaking after welcoming former Mayor of Bandlaguda Jagir Srilatha Prem Goud and her followers led by party leader P. Karthik Reddy and Maheshwaram MLA P. Sabitha Indra Reddy here on Sunday, Mr. Rama Rao said the unemployed youth had been staging protests across the State demanding issuance of employment notifications and it was the responsibility of the government to give assurance to them.

The BRS working president asked the government to implement the job calender issued for publicity in the past. His government had only filled jobs whose recruitment process was in the final stages when the previous BRS Government demitted the office and not filled even one job afresh, he pointed out.
