Princess Kate is marking her birthday on social media with a heartfelt tribute to Mother Earth.
The British royal took to Instagram Jan. 9, her 44th birthday, to pay tribute to nature and how it has helped her "heal." The latest video in her "Mother Nature" series, the post shows Kate walking in the wilderness, and pausing by bodies of water as her voice delivers an emotional ode to the world around her.
"Even in the coldest, darkest season, winter has a way of bringing us stillness, patience, and quiet consideration," she says.
In early January 2025, Kate revealed that she was in remission after undergoing a bout of preventative chemotherapy to treat cancer. In the ensuing months, she began a gradual return to public life, offering candid insights into her health struggles.
