Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Authorities in Columbus, Ohio, on Monday announced they are searching for a person of interest in the shooting deaths of two people in their home late last month.

Surveillance footage of the individual posted to the Facebook account of the Columbus Division of Police shows a man wearing a hooded jacket and light-colored pants walking in the alley near the home of Spencer Tepe, 37, and Monique Tepe, 39, between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. EST on Dec. 30.

Police believe the married couple was killed during the same time period captured in the video.

The footage was released after Columbus police early this month called on members of the public with video, photographs or other digital information related to the shooting to assist with the investigation.

The bodies of the Tepes were found shortly after 10 a.m. on Dec. 30 by officers who were dispatched to their residence in the 1400 block of N. 4th Street to conduct a well-being check. Both victims were pronounced dead at 10:11 a.m. after suffering gunshot wounds.
