Dec. 22 (UPI) -- The NFL is reviewing a physical interaction between Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf and a Detroit Lions fan, a league source told UPI on Monday.

Metcalf shoved the fan during the second quarter of a 29-24 triumph Sunday in Detroit.

He was caught on CBS cameras as he walked to the end of the stands. He then lifted his right arm and grabbed the fan, pulling him down and swatting his hand at him.

Metcalf caught four passes for 42 yards Sunday. The two-time Pro Bowl selection leads the Steelers with 850 yards and six scores on 59 receptions this season.
