Behind the scenes, Lily Collins had a très magnifique new pal when filming the new season of “Emily in Paris”: her baby girl.
The star of Netflix’s fashion-focused dramedy (now streaming its fifth installment) and her husband, director Charlie McDowell, welcomed their first child, Tove, via surrogate in January.
“Being a mom is the greatest gift,” Collins, 36, tells USA TODAY in an interview alongside her on and offscreen bestie, Ashley Park. “It's opened my heart in so many new ways. There's so many new feelings.
“This was the first job that I did with a child,” Collins continues. “And it was really wonderful to bring her to set and have her be part of it. And of course, I can't wait to one day show her where I met Auntie Ashley. It's beautiful.”
Park, 34, says she’s still in awe of her friend’s new role of parent.
