More graffiti appeared overnight in the northern city of Busto Arsizio with the message "Shoot Giorgia".

The message was scrawled on the wall at the side the offices in the city of the opposition, centre-left Democratic Party and signed 'BR' with the five-pointed star symbol of the now-defunct Red Brigades terrorist group.

The same message targetting Premier Giorgia Meloni appeared two days ago outside the League party's office in Busto Arsizio.
