Nick Reiner reportedly interrupted comedian Bill Hader and other guests with bizarre questions at Conan O’Brien’s Christmas party Saturday, leading to his ouster. He allegedly killed his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, hours later.
The Wall Street Journal reported that the young Reiner, whom his father had introduced to Hader earlier at the gathering, asked the former “Saturday Night Live” star, “What’s your name? What’s your last name? Are you famous?”
He continued to ask the same questions to other guests at the A-list bash and was eventually asked to leave, according to a WSJ source who was told of the interactions.
Mediaite surmised that the behavior may have set off the previously reported argument between Nick and his father at the party, in which the famous filmmaker was said to have chastised him for acting inappropriately.
