Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Ralph Fiennes' character in 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple suggests he can treat the infection that creates zombies in a trailer for the film released Wednesday by Sony Pictures Entertainment.

The second trailer for the fourth film in the zombie apocalypse franchise finds Fiennes' Dr. Ian Kelson encountering an infected person played by Chi Lewis-Parry, who appears to be somewhat more docile than other zombies. He's seen injecting the man with a drug as he Fiennes, in voiceover, talks about the spread of the disease and collapse of society.

"I remember details, events and people," he says. "The world had an order. The foundations, they seemed unshakeable.

"When the infected attack, what do they see?

"I believe the infection can be treated. And now ... a leap into the unknown."
