The Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) 20th round of e-auction of plots, held from November 21 to November 27, generated an “unprecedented response”, officials said on Tuesday. While 81 plots across residential, group housing, commercial, industrial and institutional categories were offered with a combined reserve price of ₹629.19 crore, the DDA received bids totalling ₹1,494.67 crore.
