In an undated video, Umar un Nabi, a doctor who is alleged to be at the wheels of the car that exploded on November 10 near Red Fort in Delhi killing over a dozen people, is seen talking about the act of suicide bombing.
A 1.20 minute video clip, posted by a Hindi news channel first on Tuesday (November 18, 2025), shows Dr Nabi speaking about “martyrdom operations” in a heavy English accent.

While officials in the security establishment confirmed to The Hindu that the person in the video is Dr Nabi, they said they were verifying the date when it was shot.
The video appears to have been shot in the premises of Al Falah University, Faridabad where Dr Nabi had been working since 2023, an official said.
