Men appear in court accused of more than 40 offences against teenage girls

Seven men have been charged with alleged offences against 11 teenage girls as part of an investigation into what police have called “group-based child sexual exploitation” in Bristol.

The men are accused of more than 40 offences between 2022 and 2025. The investigation began in November 2023 after concerns were raised about the sexual exploitation of a teenage girl.

The men were appearing at Bristol magistrates court on Wednesday. The girls were in their mid- to late teens at the time of the alleged offences.
