Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Ariana Grande said Tuesday that she is "heartbroken" to be missing the Brazilian premiere of Wicked: For Good.
The singer and actor said on Instagram that she was forced to skip the film's debut that night in São Paulo because of travel troubles.
According to a message posted to Instagram Stories, Grande had to deplane because of a safety issue and could not take off until tomorrow, "which means that I would not make it in time for the Wicked: For Good Sao Paulo premiere."
"I am so heartbroken that I'm unable to be there with you all," Grande wrote. "We sincerely tried everything we could and I apologize from the bottom of my heart."
