Livestreamed video shows Detroit’s 36th District Court Judge Sean B. Perkins preparing for court proceedings on Monday, Oct. 27. As the judge introduces parties in a case, the camera zooms to a man, who identifies himself as Detroit Police Department Officer Matthew Jackson.
Video shows Jackson wearing the top portion of his city-issued uniform and a pair of boxers.
