Jason Kelce is praising Taylor Swift for "killing it" on the "New Heights" podcast episode that shattered a Guinness World Record and became one of the biggest pop culture moments of the year.

"Taylor killed it," Kelce told USA TODAY's Ralphie Aversa. "For her to trust us and come on our show and release all that information to the world and to be as open as she was, I think the resounding sentiment to everyone was awesome to see."

The former Philadelphia Eagles star was promoting his new fragrance with Kingsford Charcoal called "Slow Burn."

But his biggest spark lately has been the podcast he co-hosts with his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Their Aug. 13 episode featuring Swift drew 1.3 million concurrent YouTube viewers — a fitting number for the singer's favorite 13 — and has since surpassed 24 million views.

"Well, I don’t think Travis and I had much to do with that, but I'm just happy that it went well," Kelce said. "More importantly, we're happy that it went well, 'cause if it wouldn't have worked out, we would have felt really bad."
