Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s wife, actor Cheryl Hines, addressed his 2024 sexting scandal involving former New York magazine journalist Olivia Nuzzi by admitting, “It was a lot.”
The former “Curb Your Enthusiasm” cast member shared how the whole thing affected her during a podcast interview with Katie Miller, who is married to Donald Trump adviser Stephen Miller.
Miller noted that Nuzzi, who is now at Vanity Fair, is reportedly writing a book about her relationship with Kennedy, who is now health and human services secretary, and asked Hines for her reaction.
Hines said the scandal broke after “an exhausting year and a half of headlines, and rumors, and articles, and chaos,” and added that her initial reaction was, “OK, this is more chaos and more rumors.”
She admitted the scandal “was a lot” to deal with, but she also downplayed it in her conversation with Miller.
