Dozens of Pizza Hut restaurants in the UK could close and hundreds of jobs are at risk after the dine-in side of its business collapsed into administration.
The move will lead to more than 1,200 redundancies, but 64 other restaurants will be saved.
Administrators said the business had been hit by "challenging trading conditions and increased costs".
Fewer diners are "hitting the Hut" and it is closing half its UK restaurants.
Pizza Hut is closing 250 “underperforming” locations as its parent company continues a strategic review of the struggling brand.
