Islamabad, Pakistan – The Taliban have blamed Pakistan for an explosion in Kabul and another in the eastern Afghanistan province of Paktika on Thursday, amid mounting tensions between the neighbours and shifting allegiances in South Asia that have alarmed Islamabad.
