IN BRIEF: Ukrainian drone attacks cause fires at energy facilities in southern Russia

MOSCOW, October 9. /TASS/. Air defenses shot down 19 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions last night, the Defense Ministry reported.

Falling drone debris damaged a boiler house building in Russia’s southern Volgograd Region and caused fires at energy facilities. Two private houses were damaged in the Rostov Region.
