MOSCOW, May 13. /TASS/. Over the past night, Russian air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 286 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions and the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported.

One was injured as drone debris fell on an industrial site in the village of Volna in the Krasnodar Region, setting fire to equipment. Another person was injured in Taman. And more drone debris landed on an industrial site in central Russia’s Yaroslavl. No one has been reported injured.

- Between 8:00 p.m. Moscow time (5:00 p.m. GMT) on May 12 and 7:00 a.m. Moscow time (4:00 a.m. GMT) on May 13, alert air defense capabilities intercepted and destroyed 286 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over Russian regions, according to Russia’s top brass.

- Namely, the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov, Tambov, Yaroslavl, Oryol, Tula, Kaluga, Ryazan, Astrakhan and Krasnodar Regions, as well as the republics of Kalmykia and Crimea, and the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea were affected, the Defense Ministry specified.
