Whoopi Goldberg shocked viewers by telling Super Bowl attendees to pretend to be another race to troll Immigration and Customs Enforcement in a bizarre exchange on The View Monday.
The panel were discussing Kristi Noem's promise that ICE agents would be in attendance at the game in February in California, after Bad Bunny refused to tour America amid fears agents would stalk the show to target illegal immigrants.
Joy Behar, referring to the DHS Secretary as 'the one who shot the puppy', mentioned that she would be in attendance.
Goldberg joked in response: 'Everybody, get a little cocoa butter, sit in the sun, that's the first thing. And then - this is probably the only time you can ever do this - give yourself a Latin accent.'
'See if she can tell who's who,' the Oscar-winner continued, to scattered laughs and applause.
