Country singer Zach Bryan posted a snippet of a new song Friday on Instagram, seemingly taking aim at Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“And ICE is gonna come, bust down your door /Try to build a house no one builds no more /But I got a telephone /Kids are all scared and all alone,” Bryan sings.

He continues: “The Boss stopped bumping, the rock stopped rolling /The middle fingers rising and it won’t stop showing /I got some bad news /The fading of the Red, White and Blue.”

Bryan turned off comments on the post, but in another Instagram post, fans flooded the comments section with both outrage and support. Some called him an “illegal sympathizer,” but others thanked him for “speaking about how America is falling apart.”

John Rich, a country singer and one half of the country band Big and Rich, wrote on X, “Who’s ready for the Zach Bryan-Dixie Chicks tour? Prob a huge Bud Light sponsorship for this one,” seemingly referencing the Chicks’ liberal views and the right’s outrage when Bud Light partnered with trans social media personality Dylan Mulvaney.
