A man brutally stabbed a married couple to death in their own home after he 'just flipped' out, a court has heard.
Chloe Bashford, 30, was beaten with a hammer before being repeatedly stabbed to death in a frenzied attack at her home in June 2023.
Derek Martin, 67, Chloe's stepfather, told police he 'flipped' after Chloe, a mother-of-four, began going on and on about money.
He said he had been cleaning some windows for her when he just 'lost it' and attacked her with a hammer and a knife.
Minutes later her husband, Josh, 33, arrived home from work and was attacked by Martin as he walked into the house.
