President Donald Trump didn’t hold back when Pete Hegseth fell short on the job, according to Defense Secretary Hegseth himself.
During a rapid-fire Q&A with Fox News’ Peter Doocy on Sunday, Hegseth was asked who last yelled at him.
“Last time I was in the Oval Office,” Hegseth replied, laughing at his admission.
“President Trump’s the boss. He sets the tone. If you don’t get it done, he’ll let you know about it. So, that’s probably it,” he added.
Hegseth didn’t elaborate on exactly what triggered the outburst from Trump.
