U.S. Treasury yields were relatively unchanged on Thursday as investors monitored the government shut down and ramifications of an economic data blackout.

The 10-year Treasury yield traded down less than 2 basis points at 4.087%, while the 2-year Treasury yield was flat at 3.545%. The 30-year bond yield fell more than 2 basis points to 4.693%.
