Tom Holland is being hailed by fans on the internet after he kindly corrected a journalist who mistakenly referred to Zendaya as his “girlfriend.”
In a now-viral X video that’s been making its rounds on social media, Holland appeared onstage at a recent press event. After an off-camera reporter told him, “I brought my daughter, and she got to meet your girlfriend,” Holland delivered an adorable response.
With a laugh, the “Spider-Man” star interjected to remind her of his upcoming nuptials to Zendaya.
“Fiancée,” he replied candidly in the clip posted Monday.
Holland’s remark appears to be the first time he’s broken his silence on his engagement to Zendaya, whom he’s been romantically linked to since 2021, since the news broke in January that the pair would be tying the knot.
