This is the builder who died after falling through a skylight at a children's play centre while fixing its roof.
David Linyard, 60, suffered critical injuries when he plunged through the roof of the Play2Day centre in Martlesham Heath, near Ipswich, Suffolk, on June 23 this year.
He was rushed to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge for treatment, but died of his injuries nearly three weeks later on July 11.
But news of his sad death was only revealed today by the company Britpark Leisure Ltd which runs the Play2Day centre.
Mr Linyard, who fell while carrying out 'routine maintenance' on the roof of the play centre, lived less than half a mile away in Martlesham with his family.
