Former I'm A Celebrity star and peer Lord Brocket is to face three further sexual assault allegations, his lawyer has confirmed.The 73-year-old appeared in the dock at Isleworth Crown Court in west London today.He was previously charged with two counts of rape at an address in London on August 10 this year.Brocket was not arraigned on any charges during the 35-minute hearing, although he has indicated he will plead not guilty.Afterwards, his lawyer Crispin Aylett KC confirmed to reporters his client had been charged with three further offences - two counts of sexual assault, and one of sex without consent.All relate to the same complainant, who cannot be identified due to being an alleged victim of sexual offending.Mr Aylett said a single charge of sexual assault by penetration at an address in the village of Warbleton in East Sussex, on May 5, had been dropped.The defendant, who wore a dark grey suit and white shirt, and gave his name as Charles Nall-Cain, was told his trial will not take place until November 2027. Lord Brocket arrived at Isleworth Crown Court this morning, and is due to go on trial in two years' time for sexual offences including two counts of rapeJudge Martin Edmunds KC, the Recorder for Kensington and Chelsea, said: 'I apologise to all concerned in this case that it is so far into the future.'But combinations of an increasing backlog of cases going to court, and those in custody, means we are unable to accommodate earlier trial dates.'The twice-married aristocrat was released on conditional bail. Brocket previously finished fourth on the 2004 series of ITV reality show I'm a Celebrity, which was won by singer Kerry Katona, ahead of journalist Jennie Bond and pop star Peter Andre.He was excluded from the House of Lords in 1999 along with hundreds of others as part of moves to reduce the number of hereditary peers voting in the chamber.
