Apollo Hospitals, in association with The Hindu in School, organised a painting competition at the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jubilee Hills, on Monday.

The auditorium of Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jubilee Hills, came alive with colour and creativity on Monday as Apollo Hospitals, in collaboration with The Hindu in School, hosted a painting competition to mark World Heart Day.Over 230 students from 72 schools across Hyderabad participated in the event, expressing the importance of heart health through vivid strokes and imaginative interpretations. Themes such as ‘Don’t Miss a Beat – Care for Your Heart’, ‘Healthy Heart, Happy Life’, and ‘My Heart, My Responsibility’ inspired the young artists to blend awareness with artistry.Renowned artist K. Padmavathi, who judged the competition, commended the children for their originality. “Every painting had a story to tell,” she said, before announcing winners across the junior and senior categories.
