Chief Minister M.K. Stalin said on Sunday that the circumstances that led to the death of 40 persons at actor and TVK leader Vijay’s meeting in Karur would come out in the report of the Justice Arun Jagadeesan Commission constituted to probe the tragedy.Follow TVK rally stampede LIVE updates on September 28Speaking to reporters after visiting the injured at the Government Medical College Hospital in Karur in the early hours, Mr. Stalin, who air-dashed to Tiruchi from Chennai and reached Karur by road, said he had ordered constitution of the commission, led by retired High Court judge Aruna Jagadeesan, to investigate the incident.
