Avanthi group of Colleges, Chairman Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao, on Thursday said that pharmacy students have a bright future with India emerging as a global hub for bulk drug industries.He was speaking as the chief guest at the World Pharmacist Day celebrations at Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cherukupalli, Vizianagaram district. Mr. Srinivasa Rao said that students pursuing pharma courses would get opportunities in bulk drug industries, drug formulation research, Ayush health products, hospitals and other healthcare sectors.He suggested students to focus on the latest developments in the pharmacy sector, improve their skills and secure employment after completing their course. College principal K.Poorna Nagasree and vice-prinicpal V.Uma Sankar thanked Mr.Srinivasa Rao for his efforts in securing autonomous status for the college, which was established two decades ago.
