A teenage girl left was with life-changing injuries after her two brothers, driving a Mercedes and a BMW, crashed while driving around millionaires' row in Sandbanks, with her as a passenger.
Henry Taylor and Harrison Taylor are both alleged to have been driving a loop around the exclusive peninsula in Poole Harbour, Dorset, when the crash took place in the early hours of Boxing Day in 2023.
Mia Savage, then 17, who was sitting in the front passenger seat of the Mercedes, sustained severe injuries as a result of the collision.
The two vehicles involved were a BMW 135i and a Mercedes A200 and were being driven by the Taylor brothers.
Mia became 'trapped' in the crumpled vehicle, with fire and rescue services urgently called to the scene to remove her from the wreckage so she could be saved by an air ambulance.
