In an administrative reshuffle, the Andhra Pradesh government has issued transfer and posting orders for IAS officers across the key departments, with immediate effect.
S. Nagalakshmi, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Managing Director of A.P. GENCO under the Energy Department, replacing K.V.N. Chakradhar Babu.
P. Prasanthi has been posted as Director of Rehabilitation & Resettlement, while B.R. Ambedkar has been named Inspector General, Registration & Stamps, relieving G. Veerapandian from full additional charge.
Sridhar Chamakuri has been appointed as Director of Excise & Prohibition. Amilineni Bhargav Teja will now serve as Additional Commissioner of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA), replacing Mallarapu Naveen.
Mallarapu Naveen has been posted as Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate of Krishna district. Similarly, Katta Simhachalam has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Khadi & Village Industries Board (KVIB).
