After putting in place grievance redressal mechanisms in different sectors, government has embarked upon a major reshuffle of IAS officers late on Thursday evening, effecting transfers and new postings to almost three dozen bureaucrats.
One major transfer was of Revenue department principal secretary Navin Mittal, who has been posted as Energy department secretary relieving Finance Secretary Sandeep Kumar Sultania from full additional charge.
