A minor fire mishap occurred on the premises of the HPCL Visakh Refinery here on Friday (September 19) around 9 a.m., according to Visakhapatnam district officials.
Speaking to The Hindu, Visakhapatnam District Fire Officer S. Renukaiah said: “It is a minor fire mishap due to leakage of hydrogen gas pipeline inside the plant. No casualties or injuries have been reported. The fire was brought under control within hours.”
