Shocking CCTV shows the moment a pensioner deliberately drove their car into an elderly neighbour.
Anthony Fowles, 70, struck a man with his car at his gated residential park in Hoo Peninsula, Kent, in 2023. The victim was then seen attempting to grab the keys from the ignition before Fowles drove off.
Fowles was charged with assault and received a 12-month community order, a six month curfew and a fine of £199.
