Ministers in Netanyahu's right-wing coalition government accused Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara and the State Attorney's Office of not enforcing a prohibition on protests against them at a cabinet meeting, according to a source at the meeting.

Education Minister Yoav Kisch was outraged that violent demonstrations were being held in front of his house, and said that "ten cases were filed against protesters and the State Attorney's Office is doing nothing," according to the source.

Transportation Minister Miri Regev said, "Words kill. 20 police officers need to accompany Sara Netanyahu in front of 300 protesters," while National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir claimed that "the next political murder is just a matter of time."

During the meeting, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also said that "there is no enforcement against instigators," and that "the responsibility [for enforcement] lies with the Attorney General and the State Attorney's office."

Police Commissioner Danny Levy responded to the complaints by saying that "the police are doing everything to secure the ministers" and that "13 cases have been submitted to the State Attorney's Office, but cooperation is required on their part." Levy added that he intends to "speak to the Attorney General about this issue."
