Six more to Vince, picked up spectacularly off the new bowler Jake Ball. It’s been a strong start for Hampshire despite the loss of Chris Lynn. They have a longish tail, though, so they won’t want to lose too many more wickets in the next 8-9 overs.

Lynn c Goldsworthy b Overton 12 Craig Overton takes the big wicket when Chris Lynn, undone by a bit of extra bounce, slices high to mid-off and is caught by Lewis Goldsworthy. There was a threat of a collision between Goldsworthy and another fielder but he took the catch comfortably in the end. The Sky commentators think Lynn was carrying an injury, possibly to his hamstring. FOW: 24/1

Hampshire are off to a fine start. Lynn makes room to carve Gregory over backward point for four; then Albert picks up successive boundaries with a blast over the bowler’s head and a beautifully placed shot between extra cover and mid-off.

Craig Overton starts well to Chris Lynn, cramping him for room... until the final ball of the over, which is too straight and mowed over long-on for six.
