MIAMI, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- The NFL and Miami Dolphins are discussing and investigating domestic violence claims recently made against wide receiver Tyreek Hill, coach Mike McDaniel said Wednesday.
McDaniel addressed the situation during a news conference in Miami Gardens, Fla. It is standard policy for the NFL to review such matters.
The allegations came from Hill's estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, and surfaced through filings related to the couple's ongoing divorce. Vaccaro alleged eight separate incidents of domestic violence in the documents, which were obtained by TMZ.
A court hearing on the matter is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. EDT Monday in Miami.
