Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Police in Texas reunited a man with his blind pigeon after the pet bird hitched a ride in the bed of a pickup truck at the owner's business.
Luis Valdez, owner of L&R Auto Service, said his pet pigeon, Kevin, is well-known by the customers at his Irving business.
"He's home with me on the weekend. My whole family knows him, and many of my customers now know him. They go straight to see him," Valdez told NBC DFW.
