The grieving family of a woman who died after being hit by a falling tree branch have paid tribute to her as a beloved wife and daughter.
Jen Higgins, 49, was killed when a branch collapsed onto her while she was walking on Barlow Moor Road in West Didsbury, Manchester, on August 30.
Emergency services, including paramedics, rushed to the scene at around 7.15pm but were unable to save her.
Ms Higgins was the founder and joint managing director of PR firm Carousel and had over 20 years experience working on consumer PR and social media campaigns.
