V.S. Shankar Sriram, Dean, School of Computing, Shamugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA), received the National Teacher Award from President Droupadi Murmu on September 5.
He was selected for this year’s award in the Higher Education (Engineering) category and received the award from the President in New Delhi. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was present, according to a SASTRA release.
