State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman went easy on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in publishing a relatively soft audit report on the government's failed civilian response to the public after the October 7 attack. The criticism is directed at Netanyahu, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and the former director general of the Prime Minister's Office, Yossi Shelley.
