Haaretz's Chen Maanit on Thursday revealed the exchange of letters between Herzl Halevi and State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman. The former IDF chief of staff argues that the comptroller crafted a false narrative about his responsibility for the October 7 failures and authored reports attacking him without giving him a chance to defend himself.
