A senior lawyer who sexually propositioned a female colleague 54 years his junior in his French Riviera hotel room has been ordered to pay her £20,000.
Andrew Greystoke, 83, 'inappropriately caressed' Anita Obiagwu, 29, called her 'beautiful', and expressed his desire to have sex with her, an employment tribunal heard.
The married grandfather - educated at both Cambridge and Harvard - had invited her to his hotel room in Nice for a 'debrief' after a boozy dinner with clients.
While she was typing at her laptop, he then popped a bottle of champagne before touching her without her consent, the tribunal found.
Miss Obiagwu, who rang a colleague in tears when the encounter was over, said she was left 'frozen' as Mr Greystoke rubbed her arm and back.
